1 支払われた料金は返金できません。Fees paid are not refundable. 2 購入したコース/プランの共有または譲渡できません。No sharing or transfer of the purchased course/plan is allowed. 3 公式サイトからの予約は1時間前まで可能です。直前予約は、公式LINEまたはメールを通じて直接スタジオスタッフとご連絡ください。Online booking can be done through the official website 1 hours in advance. Ad-hoc booking to be made directly with Studio through LINE or email. 4 事前連絡なしでご予約された時間帯にお越し頂いてない場合は、ご利用を放棄するとみなします。他の日時に振替することができません。Any absence of booking without prior notice to Studio will be counted as no show, and the reserved time slot will not be credited back to the package plan. 5 地震、台風、道路の中断など不可抗力の原因による休講分は、追加料金なしでパッケージプランに振替します。Cancelled classes due to force majeure such as earthquakes, typhoons, roads interruption, will be credited to the package plan without additional fee.
