   キャンセルの料金 Cancellation Charge: 

• 〜4日前 4 days or before： 0%

• 3日前〜前日 3 days to 1 day before： 50％

• 当日 On the day： 100％​

予約ポリシー Booking Policy

​

1. ご利用料金は請求書を発行してから1週間以内にご入金ください。Please make the full payment within a
   week from the date of invoice.

2. お支払いの確認が取れた時点で予約確定となりますので、ご了承ください。Booking is confirmed only
   when rent is paid in full.

3. 支払われた料金は返金できません。Fees paid are not refundable.

4. 購入したプランの共有または譲渡できません。No sharing or transfer of the purchased plan is allowed.

5. 事前連絡なしでご予約された時間帯にお越し頂いてない場合は、ご利用を放棄するとみなします。他の日時に振替することができません。Any absence of booking without prior notice to Studio will be counted as no show, and the reserved time slot will not be re-scheduled.

6. 地震、台風、道路の中断など不可抗力の原因による休講分は、追加料金なしで他の日に振替します。Cancelled classes due to force majeure such as earthquakes, typhoons, roads interruption, will be credited for a session on another day without additional fee.
