支払われた料金は返金できません。Fees paid are not refundable.
購入したコース/プランの共有および譲渡はできません。No sharing or transfer of the purchased course/plan is allowed.
公式サイトからの予約は24時間前まで可能です。直前予約は、公式LINEまたはメールを通じて直接スタジオスタッフにご連絡ください。Online booking can be done through the official website 24 hours in advance. Ad-hoc booking to be made directly with Studio through LINE or email.
事前連絡なしでご予約された時間帯にお越し頂いてない場合は、ご利用を放棄するとみなします。他の日時に振替することはできません。Any absence of booking without prior notice to Studio will be counted as no show, and the reserved time slot will not be credited back to the package plan.
地震、台風、道路の中断など不可抗力の原因による休講分は、追加料金なしでパッケージプランに振替します。Cancelled classes due to force majeure such as earthquakes, typhoons, roads interruption, will be credited to the package plan without additional fee.

利用エチケット: 爪を切り、髪を結び、ズボンを着用し、時間厳守してください。Class etiquette: please cut your fingernails, tie up your hair, wear trousers and be on-time.
生陶器、素焼き陶器、釉薬焼き陶器は1ヶ月のみ保管し、その後は処分させていただきます。Greenware pottery, Bisque fired pottery or glaze fired pottery will be stored for 1 month only and will be disposed afterwards.
